If you are requesting to go to our Florence Virtual Academy, please fill out a registration through your ParentVUE account. You do not need to fill out the open enrollment application.
Please understand that your student, if enrolled, will be required to complete makeup work as the FVA Curriculum is not the same as at the traditional schools.
Students who have applied MUST attend their home school until approved and notified of acceptance by FVA.
Students need to be in attendance daily with their teacher, completing all necessary assignments and meeting the minimum attendance requirements (see below). Attendance is taken between 8:00-8:15 a.m. If you are not in attendance, your Learning Coach will receive an automated phone call, you can still log in for the day to earn your attendance requirements. If you have late, or missing, assignments, or a failing grade, it is a requirement to work beyond the daily hours of school to catch up (homework!).
